Syracuse, N.Y. – Forty people became new citizens in a downtown Syracuse ceremony today.
Senior U.S. District Judge for the Northern District of New York Glenn T. Suddaby presided over the ceremony in the Ceremonial Courtroom on the third floor of the Federal Courthouse.
The Dr. Tom Dooley Choraliers performed musical selections for the ceremony.
